Sara van Mourik has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar\u2019s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): general practice, civil law.<\/p>\nBased on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.\n\nSara van Mourik specializes in intellectual property law, contract law and civil procedural law. She advises on litigation and commercial contracts, including those in the fields of IT, IP, media and advertising law, consumer law, e-commerce and internet law.\n\nSara studied at Amsterdam University and Fordham University in New York. She graduated from Amsterdam University in 2007, having specialized in private law and intellectual property law and started as an attorney-at-law at Clifford Chance in Amsterdam. In 2013, she did a secondment on behalf of Clifford Chance at Amazon\u2019s EU headquarters in Luxembourg.
